Commission Terms & Conditions

  • Must be 18 years or older!

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for whatever reason. (For instance, if it's not my style, or if I feel I can't do the character justice, etc.)

  • For any commission other than a Sketch Commission, I will provide you with a sketch for approval before moving forward. Major edits and reworks are not accepted after the initial sketch has been approved. (Examples of major reworks are pose changes, outfit changes, complete color palette changes, etc.) Small edits and adjustments after approval are fine.

  • Commissions are completed in the order that they are paid. I'm happy to provide updates on your commission progress, within reason. Please feel free to reach out with notes, comments or questions.

  • I do not accept hard deadlines for commissioned work. My process can take anywhere from one week to several months or more, depending on the complexity of your commission and my current workload. Please keep in mind that these are just estimates, and that I do appreciate your patience. I will provide my best delivery estimate once the initial sketch has been approved by you, if you request an estimate.

  • I may stream your commission process on Twitch, unless you specifically tell me otherwise.

Payment

  • Paypal Only, Prices are in USD $

  • Payment upfront; I will not begin your commission until full payment is received.

  • If your commission application is accepted, but you are unable to pay for the commission at the time the invoice is sent, please communicate that with me as soon as possible. If I do not receive notice that more time is needed, I reserve the right to cancel or waitlist your commission if payment is not received within 5 days of the invoice being sent.

  • If you need to cancel, partial refunds will be calculated based upon how much progress has been made. I cannot offer refunds for finished work.

  • If I personally have to cancel for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.

  • If you are unsatisfied with minor elements of the finished commissioned work, I am happy to do a few minor reworks for free, within reason. (Examples include minor color changes, minor facial expression or anatomy changes, minor outfit adjustments, etc.)

  • Additional charges for the commercial rights to commissioned work are non-refundable.

RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

  • You may upload commissioned work anywhere, as long as it is for personal use. Personal use does not include AI art generation/programs.

  • Commissioned work is not for commercial use, unless previously negotiated. Commercial use includes - but is not limited to - merchandising, advertising, inclusion in physical/digital products sold for profit, etc. If you wish to use commissioned work for commercial purposes, it requires an additional charge.

  • You may not alter commissioned work, claim credit for artwork, or delete my signature.

  • I reserve the right to use commissioned work in my portfolio, and to upload to my social media. I own the rights to the artwork (not the character).

  • You may not use commissioned work to create non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or use my commissioned work in any NFT-related projects or products.

  • I do not condone my commissioned work - or any of my work - to be used for AI art generation.

ADOPTABLES - SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Must be 18 years or older!

  • Paypal Only, USD Only!

  • Full payment is required within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise negotiated. If you are unable to provide payment, the adoptable will go back up for sale.

  • Upon purchase, the character belongs to you. You own the rights to the character (not to the original artwork). You may use the character however you wish, including for monetary purposes.

  • You may not use the original artwork for monetary purposes, unless previously negotiated.

  • You may not alter the original artwork. However, you may alter the character as you see fit (colors, gender, anatomy, etc.). You may reach out to me to adjust the original artwork if desired, for a fee.

  • Partial refunds may be requested within first 3 days of purchase. If refund is requested, you forfeit the rights to the character.

  • You may resell the character for the same price as the purchase price or less, unless you are factoring in additional artwork of the character (such as commissioned work of the character from myself or from other artists).

  • All other Rights & Permissions apply, same as with Commission TOS.
